This workshop is very much a hands on event and is NOT another one of those seminars where an expert stands at the front talking AT you.

All attendees must bring a laptop and must already have a Twitter account set up. To set up your Twitter account, please visit www.twitter.com.

You will spend most of the workshop online within your Twitter account learning how to harness the power of Twitter for your business.

You will:

• Learn which tools you need and how to use them
• Learn how to follow the right people
  
• Learn how to search for the right keywords, relevant to your business
• Learn how to find good content to tweet about
• Learn how to set up Twitter Lists
• Learn some top tips and tricks to help you win new business

At the end of the workshop you will have an active Twitter account with lots of new followers and you will also have made some great new connections. More importantly you will be in a position to understand why and how best to use Twitter to the benefit of your business.

Who should attend?

• Any business owner or manager who is serious about using Twitter to help increase the profile, awareness and sales of their brand.
• Better suited for relative novices.
• If you have been using Twitter for a while but you still don't really get it, this workshop is for you.
